Steelers legend Jerome Bettis is coming through for some local kids in a big way.

The Hall of Famer announced on Twitter Wednesday that he is extending his memorabilia giveaway in hopes of raising money to provide Pittsburgh-area students with essential technology they need to finish the school year online.

Bettis is hoping to raise $25,000 to supply the students with devices that will allow them to close out the semester from home.

In addition to the signed footballs he was originally raffling off for his foundation, Bettis has announced a list of additional memorabilia items and experiences tailor-made for Steelers fans.

Those who donate will have a chance to win signed jerseys, helmets, Terrible Towels and even dinner for four with the Bus at his Jerome Bettis Grille 36 on the North Shore.

Steelers fans can go here to donate and have a chance to win.

The giveaway ends Friday, May 1.
