Justin Fields Among Best Player Props for Steelers-Colts
Justin Fields is among the best player prop bets and predictions for the Pittsburgh Steelers Week 4 game against the Colts.
Last week, the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Los Angeles Chargers in their home opener. This came off the heels of a dominant defensive performance–allowing 0 points and -5 yards in the second half. This week, the Steelers are back on the road as they head to Lucas Oil Stadium to face the Indianapolis Colts. Like last week, there are some good bets to be made in the DraftKings Sports Book. Najee Harris OVER 80.5 Rushing Yards at +175
With only two healthy running backs and the Colts defense allowing 179 rushing yards per game, Najee Harris once again will be the must go in this week’s player prop bets. Not only that, but Harris continues to get stronger as the season progresses. The Steelers will look to expose the injured Colts’ defensive line–and seek some revenge after their awful outing on the O-Line last December.
Jonathan Taylor UNDER 73.5 Rushing Yards at -110
Like JK Dobbins last week, the Steelers are going to seek to shut down the run. The defense held the Los Angeles Chargers to under 200 yards of total offense and held Dobbins on the UNDER rushing yards prop last week. With an inexperienced quarterback under center for the Colts, look for the Steelers to take away a young quarterback’s best friend: the running game.

Michael Pittman Jr. UNDER 45.5 Yards Receiver -115
Joey Porter Jr. has held all over opposing receivers under this mark. He has continued to be everything the Steelers hoped he could be: someone who can travel with a team’s #1 and effectively limit or erase him.

Each week, the Steelers seem to open things up a little more. With that, each week Justin Fields seems to grow and make more and more plays each week. Not only is the Colts’ run defense struggling, their secondary is badly banged up. I would expect the growth to continue and see some executed play-action passing game.

Steelers (-1.5) COVER the spread -112, teams hit the UNDER 40 points -110
The Steeler’s defense is going to test this Colts’ offense and look to force Anthony Richardson into mistakes. The Steelers offense will again look to control the ball and grow more splash plays in both phases. The implied score is 21-19 in favor of the Steelers. I don’t expect the Steelers to score much more than 21, but I expect the Steelers defense to hold the opposition’s score to create an UNDER in total points: Steelers cover and win 23-13.
