Mike Tomlin Defends Playing Vance McDonald, Explains COVID Procedures

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin’s weekly press conference focused heavily on Vance McDonald’s positive COVID test and news four other players, including quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, have been placed on the COVID-Reserve list.

Tomlin defended playing McDonald against Dallas despite the tight end feeling sick a couple days before the game. He also explained the change in the team’s procedures this week due to COVID-19.
