Chiefs RB Le'Veon Bell

Former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell is the overwhelming favorite in his upcoming celebrity boxing match against Adrian Peterson, according to odds posted on Monday by BetOnline.com.

Bell is -180 to win the fight, while Peterson is +140. Neither fighter has an official boxing match under their belt, and in fact, neither has officially retired from the NFL.

The two former All-Pro running backs will meet on a card called Social Gloves 2, run by Youtube star Austin McBroom, who is also on the card. The fight will be July 30 at Crypto.com Arena and streamed via pay per view.

Social Gloves held a similar promotion last year. McBroom and former NBA player Nick Young have both been confirmed to be part of this year’s card, as well.

Neither player appears to have a physical mismatch, at least according to their last listed NFL heights and weights. Bell was listed at 6-foot-1, 225 pounds, while Peterson was 6-foot-1, 217 pounds. The 30-year-old Bell is seven years Peterson’s younger.
