BALTIMORE — The Ravens will be without edge rusher Odafe Oweh (foot). Oweh failed to practice all week with his foot injury and will sit as a result. The rookie out of Penn State will finish his rookie campaign with five sacks overall as the Ravens pass rush will take a hit.

In addition to Oweh, the Ravens will be without starting left guard Ben Powers (foot). Powers was limited in practice all week. In his place, Ben Cleveland (head), who was questionable, will get the start.

Also missing the game for Baltimore will be Anthony Averett (ribs) and Lamar Jackson (ankle). Devin Duvernay (knee/ankle) was questionable coming into the game, but he will suit up.

Rounding out the inactives for the Ravens is wide receiver James Proche, nose tackle Isaiah Mack, and tight end Tony Poljan.
