Pittsburgh Maulers Add 10 in USFL Supplemental Draft

The Pittsburgh Maulers rounded out their 2022 roster with 10 selections in the USFL Supplemental Draft on Thursday.

The supplemental draft was 10 rounds, coming after the teams had a 36-round regular drat in February. The supplemental draft was held to give players additional time before the start of the season to decide to play with the startup league.

Unlike the regular draft, players could be taken from any position group at any point in the supplemental draft.

The Maulers added to their offensive and defensive lines, secondary, and also grabbed a fullback, kicker and punter, which the team had eschewed in the initial draft.
