Video of an altercation posted widely to social media showed three individuals — a black man and a white couple — involved in an argument that escalated to the point that punches were thrown.

The game was the first with a full-sized crowd at Heinz Field since the 2019 season, though attendance was only a little more than half capacity for the preseason game.
Such incidents are not unheard of. Video of a fight at an LA Rams game last week also went viral and resulted in the participants being banned from the stadium. A 2019 fight in the stands at Heinz Field resulted in a guilty plea to one count of harassment for one of the participants.
