Pittsburgh Public Schools Host Back-to-School Event at Heinz Field
With the 2021-22 school year approaching, Pittsburgh Public Schools held a back-to-school event Thursday night at Heinz Field.

Volunteers teamed up to create hygiene kits for students inside the FedEx Great Hall. Items in the kits include soap, hand sanitizer, deodorant, tissues, toothbrush, and cloth mask.
Pittsburgh Public thanked the Steelers as well as Giant Eagle for their donation efforts.
Members from the American Red Cross, Duquesne University School of Pharmacy, and Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh all worked together to build the kits.
