Cam Heyward Joins Aidan Hutchinson, Jalen Ramsey in ‘Run With It’ Commercial

Steelers DE Cam Heyward, along with NFL stars Aidan Hutchinson, Jalen Ramsey, and Davante Adams, participated in the ‘Run With It’ commercial for the NFL’s ‘Run With It’ campaign that aired during halftime of the Super Bowl.

Heyward acted as part of ‘housekeeping’ for the commercial, which centered around flag football star Diana Flores, who is a flag football star for Mexico’s Women’s National Flag Football team as the team’s quarterback. She recently worked as the AFC’s offensive coordinator in the Pro Bowl Games a few weeks ago in Las Vegas as well.

Cam Heyward and the other stars get some spotlight to help kick off the ‘Run With It’ campaign. The campaign is centered around Flores to start, and its aim is to highlight women that are advancing football forward. This commercial was shot a few weeks ago in Las Vegas during the Pro Bowl Games, and the stars all got together to try and slow down Flores, but could not bring her down in the commercial.

Other stars to appear in the commercial include Youtuber MrBeast, Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner, Erin Andrews, and Jim Kelly to help put the commercial together. This is the first time that Heyward, who has played like an elite defensive lineman, has been in a Super Bowl commercial, but with recent appearances on NFL Network, launching his own podcast, and this, Heyward is starting to launch himself into the popular culture sphere a bit more beyond just the game.

In the past, other Steelers like JuJu Smith-Schuster, Antonio Brown, Le’Veon Bell, Troy Polamalu, and others have accomplished fame just outside of the field by doing some commercials and other special deals. It appears that Heyward is the next in that long line of players who have donned the Black and Gold to gain some pop culture notoriety.
