? The Baltimore County Police investigation of domestic violence allegations against Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers has been suspended without any charges being filed.

According to documents released by police, via the Baltimore Banner, the investigation could be reopened if more information comes to light in the future. Identifying information is not included in the report, but it appears Flowers declined to speak to police before the February 16 suspension.

? Kenny Pickett has thrown for 13 touchdowns and completed under 63% of his passes through his first 25 games. The last first-round QB to do that was Trent Dilfer, according to Daniel Valente of The Score.

? Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields will appear on Amon St. Brown’s podcast on Wednesday. Fields will explain why he unfollowed the Bears on Instagram.

? Former NFL general manager Mike Tannenbaum thinks Justin Fields would be an ideal fit in Pittsburgh.

“So when a number 412 pops up in Chicago, that’s the Pittsburgh area code number. Ryan Poles answer the phone it’s Omar Khan and Mike Tomlin, get a deal done with the Steelers. That is an ideal fit for Fields,” Tannebaum said.

Former NFL outside linebacker Sam Acho also thinks it would be a win-win situation for both sides. He thinks Fields needs a stable organization.

? During Black History Month, the Steelers are honoring the experiences and accomplishments of those who made an impact. On Tuesday, former Steelers defensive line coach John Mitchell was honored for his playing and coaching career at the University of Alabama where he broke down barriers. Mitchell was the the first Black player, first Black All-American, first Black captain and first first Black assistant coach at Alabama. Mitchell became the first Black defensive coordinator in SEC history when he was hired by LSU in 1990. Mitchell served as the Steelers defensive line coach from 1994-2017. Assistant head coach was added to his title in 2007. He served only as the assistant head coach in his final five years before retiring after the 2022 season.

? Donny Football of 93.7 The Fan thinks the Steelers should retire Terry Bradshaw’s number.

“On this subject, and this is mostly directed at the Steelers – I don’t like how long they wait to retire numbers. What happened with Franco shouldn’t sit well with them,” Donny Football wrote on X. “Good text from a listener: The Steelers should retire Bradshaw’s #12 when they host the Cowboys next season.”

? Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network discussed the championship foundation for the Steelers on the Move The Sticks podcast. T.J. Watt and Minkah Fitzpatrick were deemed “Blue Chip” players, Diontae Johnson, Najee Harris/Jaylen Warren, Dan Moore/James Daniels were categorized as “Age/Injury/Contract Concerns,” Alex Highsmith, George Pickens, Isaac Semualo were labeled as “Good,” and Kenny Pickett, Broderick Jones and Joey Porter Jr. were selected as “Unproven Young Players.” The Steelers had no defensive playmakers listed.

? Ben Roethlisberger was a guest on Bruce Gradkowski’s Alpha 5 Method podcast. Roethlisberger spoke candidly about pivotal moments in his life where he has had to overcome obstacles that stood in his way and what you can do when you are facing adversity in your own life. Gradkowski was the backup quarterback for the Steelers from 2013-2016.

Happy Birthday to former Steelers safety Eric Williams, born on February 21, 1960 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Williams was selected by the Steelers in the sixth round out of North Carolina State in the 1983 NFL Draft. Williams played for the Steelers from 1983-1986. He recorded 10 interceptions, two sacks and two fumble recoveries. He played one season in Detroit in 1987 before calling it a career.
