The Pittsburgh Steelers are overwhelmingly likely to draft an offensive lineman with their first pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, according to betting odds posted this week by Bet Online.

The offshore oddsmaker set odds for the position of the first pick of most of the 32 NFL teams. The Chicago Bears, Washington Commanders, New England Patriots, Minnesota Vikings and Arizona Cardinals were taken off the board, as the first four clubs seem locked in on quarterback and the Cardinals are almost certainly taking a wide receiver.

Of the teams that remain, the Steelers are the heaviest favorite to take one position group, with -400 odds on the club taking an offensive lineman with their first pick in the draft, which currently sits at No. 20 in the first round.

The Tennessee Titans are also -400 to draft an offensive lineman. Their first pick is at No. 7 overall. The New Orleans Saints are -350 to pick an offensive lineman and the Buffalo Bills are -300 to get a wide receiver.

Many of the other teams don’t even have a favorite. The Denver Broncos, picking at No. 12, have the best odds to take a quarterback, but only at +125. Cornerback is right behind at+250.

For the Steelers, wide receiver is the second-most likely position drafted at +350, followed by cornerback at +600, defensive line or edge rusher at +1,400, linebacker and safety at +5,000, tight end at +7,500, quarterback at +10,000 and running back at +15,000.

While the book doesn’t place odds on individual players being drafted, the Steelers have shown significant interest in several offensive linemen for pick No. 20, including Oregon State tackle Taliese Fuaga, Washington tackle Troy Fautanu, Alabama tackle J.C. Latham, Georgia tackle Amarius Mims, Duke center/tackle Graham Barton, Oregon center Jackson Powers-Johnson and Oklahoma tackle Tyler Guyton.
