Is It Time to be Concerned about Steelers Injury Numbers?

Welcome to Steelers Morning Rush, our new daily short-form podcast with Alan Saunders, giving a longer perspective on a single news topic surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers or the National Football League. Today, it’s the surprising number of injuries the Steelers have suffered through the first three weeks of the 2024 season.

The Steelers have 11 players on their injured reserve list, have already ruled out two more for this week’s game against the Indianapolis Colts, and have two more players that are questionable to suit up.

Alan broke down how the injured reserve list rules will impact their ability to bring back all those players from the IR, as well as whether or not it’s fair to be concerned that the team is doing something wrong with their strength and conditioning program.
