The announcers for the Steelers’ Week 10 game against the Green Bay Packers have been revealed. CBS announced that the crew of Ian Eagle, Charles Davis, and Evan Washburn will call the game that is slated to be the lead of the 1 p.m. slate for the channel. Channel 2 KDKA-TV will have the local coverage of the game on Sunday.

This crew is no stranger to calling Steelers games and has done so multiple times. They last called Pittsburgh’s game against the Ravens, where they pulled off a theatrical late win. Pittsburgh is looking to continue their recent success, especially in the rushing attack that could lend their offense to ‘being back’ in some capacity. But there will have to be far better execution from the players before they see some fruits of those changes.

Pittsburgh has plenty to think about before the game, with Matt Canada starting to find some of that success and a defense banged up with questions surrounding Minkah Fitzpatrick. The group lost Cole Holcomb for the season with a serious knee injury. That should open up the lane for Mark Robinson to play more, but the team needs to be comfortable with his level of play to embrace him moving forward.

Mike Tomlin and company made plenty of changes for their game against the Titans, including playing Broderick Jones and Darius Rush. But it is unknown if those changes will continue for weeks or were temporary changes. With Tomlin set to speak on Tuesday, it seems likely that the team will shed some light on those critical decisions.
