The Baltimore Ravens out-scored their opponents 100-33 during their three-game stretch in 11 days, all of which were wins. On the flip side, the Pittsburgh Steelers lost each of their last three games by at least 14 points. It’s the first time since 1988 that the Steelers have lost three straight by at least two touchdowns.

The Steelers were out-scored 90-40 in their losses to the Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs.

With the Ravens and Steelers going in different directions, head coach John Harbaugh took a slight jab at the Steelers when speaking with his team after their 31-2 win over the Houston Texans on Wednesday.

“[I’m] proud of our guys,” Harbaugh said via Baltimore’s official website. “These guys took these three games in 11 days and smashed it, obliterated it, tore it up and made into a bunch of smithereens laying around everywhere. I’m proud of the guys [and] how they did it.

“The fact that they did it – they did it in this short stretch – I think our team probably handled it the best, arguably. I guess the Chiefs did a good job too, so there you go.”

The Steelers held a two-game lead in the AFC North before dropping the last three games. The Ravens now control their destiny to an AFC North title.

Pittsburgh has already clinched a playoff spot, but they’re limping into the postseason. If Baltimore wins out, the Steelers will travel to Houston in the Wild Card Round. That’s if they beat Cincinnati in the regular-season finale, however. If the Steelers fall to Cincinnati, they’ll most likely head to Baltimore or Buffalo for a first-round playoff game.

If the Ravens lose to the Texans, the Steelers could clinch the AFC North with a win over the Bengals in Week 18.

The Chiefs locked up the No. 1 seed with Wednesday’s 29-10 win over the Steelers at Acrisure Stadium. The road to Super Bowl LIX in the AFC will go through Kansas City.
