Ravens QB Tyler Huntley in Concussion Protocol, Questionable to Return

PITTSBURGH — Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley is questionable for the rest of the game against the Steelers after entering the concussion protocol.

Huntley suffered the injury after he was hit hard by Minkah Fitzpatrick on a quarterback power run. If Huntley can not return to the game, practice squad elevation quarterback Anthony Brown will replace him for the rest of the game. Brown, a Boston College and Oregon product, was the third string quarterback.

Lamar Jackson is already out with a PCL Sprain suffered last week against the Denver Broncos. Thus far, Huntley has been stellar on the ground. He came out of the injury tent with no helmet, and it appears that his return could be unlikely at this point.

He went down into the locker room after the injury. Prior to the injury, Tyler Huntley was 8 for 12 for 88 yards and added 9 rushes for 31 yards. After entering the game, Brown completed one pass for three yards, but was sacked on third down by T.J. Watt and DeMarvin Leal.

Brown has not played in an NFL game prior to the game against the Steelers on Sunday. He will look to aid the Ravens in closing out the game as they nurse a tenuous 13-7 lead over the Steelers.
