McCoy suffered a knee injury during the Raiders Monday Night Football thriller with Baltimore. He’s expected to be officially placed on injured reserve.
This marks the second straight season cut short before it could really get going for McCoy. The 33-year-old former first round pick tore his quad while in training camp with the Cowboys last year.
McCoy has spent time with the Buccaneers, Panthers, Cowboys and now Raiders throughout his NFL career. During his last full season with Carolina in 2019, McCoy totaled 37 tackles and 5 sacks.
