After a poor performance in their season opener, the situation regarding the Baltimore Ravens’ offensive line could be going from bad to worse.
According to CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora, Baltimore is preparing to not have left tackle Ronnie Stanley for at least this week, and potentially for an extended period of time. Stanley did not practice Wednesday.

He is currently undergoing further medical testing for a left ankle injury he suffered last season. Stanley had two surgeries on the ankle this offseason, with the most recent procedure having occurred in March.
La Canfora also reports that the Ravens will slide right tackle Alejandro Villanueva back to the left side in Stanley’s absence. Patrick Makari will replace Villanueva on the right.
Baltimore’s retooled offensive line had a poor showing in its debut Monday night, as the unit allowed quarterback Lamar Jackson to be sacked three times and hit on eight occasions.
