Report: Steelers Among A Dozen Teams Interested in J.J. Watt
The news of J.J. Watt and the Houston Texans agreeing to part ways sparked immediate speculation on the future of one of the NFL’s greatest defensive players.
As expected, that speculation included Steelers fans dreaming of a world with all three Watt brothers on the same, meaning a pas-rushing duo of T.J and J.J. Watt. Those dreams could very well become a reality, according to ESPN’s Ed Werder.
From NFL sources
NFL sources: Approximately a dozen teams have shown interest in JJ Watt since he became an immediate unrestricted free agent. Included among those teams are the #Steelers, #Browns, #Bills and #Titans.

Werder reports that at least a dozen teams are interested in signing the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year. Those teams include the Bills, Titans Browns and of course the Steelers.
Some oddsmakers indicate the Steelers are the favorite to land the future Hall of Famer, despite Pittsburgh’s difficult salary cap situation. It’s safe to say the speculation won’t slow down until Watt officially signs on the dotted line with a team.
