The Pittsburgh Steelers are reportedly re-signing defensive end Chris Wormley on a two-year deal, according to WTOL’s Jordan Strack.

Financial details of the contract have yet to be reported.
Acquired one year ago in a trade with the Baltimore Ravens, Wormley saw actions in 13 games last season with a single start.
Wormley totaled eight total tackles, a tackle-for-loss and a sack in 2020.
Owning experience at both defensive end and nose tackle over his career, Wormley’s re-signing should help the Steelers mitigate the loss of defensive tackle Tyson Alualu, who signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier this week.
A Toledo, Ohio native, the 27-year-old Wormley was originally drafted in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft by Baltimore out of Michigan.
