Steelers Sign XFL Sack Leader Cavon Walker
The Steelers have signed DT Cavon Walker.
Walker, who played in the XFL as a member of the New York Guardians, lead the league in sacks. The 25-year-old Maryland product recorded 19 tackles, 5 tackles for a loss, 4.5 sacks and 9 quarterback hits in 5 games for the Guardians.

Walker went undrafted and failed to make an NFL roster in 2018. Even though the XFL had to cancel the rest of its season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Walker was still able to showcase himself enough in limited action to earn an NFL contract.
