Pittsburgh Steelers player personnel assistant Quentin Harris will attend the NFL front office and general manager accelerator program at the league’s winter meetings this week, the team announced on Monday.

Harris is in his first season with the Steelers, having been hired as senior personnel assistant in June. Harris is part of large wave of new hires to the team’s front office since the promotion of Omar Khan to general manager in 2022.

Before joining the Steelers this summer, Harris was most recently the vice president of player personnel for the Arizona Cardinals. He was in the Arizona front office from 2008-22, after having played for the Cardinals from 2002-05. He also attended the program twice while with the Cardinals in 2022.

He aligns with the job experience of many of the team’s collection of junior front office executives under Khan, like Andy Weidl, Sheldon White and Mark Sadowski, as the team has put together a varied group of experienced evaluators from multiple backgrounds with connections all over the league. Last year it was White, the Steelers director of pro scouting, that attended the accelerator program.

The program, which consists of workshops and networking sessions designed to help develop future football executives, will take place at the league’s winter meetings in Irving, Texas on Dec. 9-11.
