Steelers Afternoon Drive: Rudolph Delivers, Pickens Naughty or Nice?
Welcome to the Steelers Afternoon Drive, our new daily podcast featuring all the latest Steelers news.
Alan Saunders and Zachary Smith are back to discuss all things Pittsburgh Steelers. Mike Tomlin’s group came up with a massive win over the Cincinnati Bengals to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. Mason Rudolph answered the bell and delivered a much-needed performance. George Pickens wasted no time getting involved, taking the second offensive play for the Steelers 86 yards for a touchdown. He finished with a career high 195 yards and 2 TDs. Is there some doubt now about who will start for the Steelers against the Seattle Seahawks? Did George Pickens answer the questions posed to him? It wasn’t all good though as the team lost Elandon Roberts to a pec injury in this one making an already thin room, even thinner. Eric Rowe, Alex Highsmith and Patrick Peterson all had interceptions off of Jake Browning in this one. TJ Watt added to his league leading sack total, which now sits at 17. Let’s go for another Steelers Afternoon Drive and discuss!
