Welcome to the Steelers Afternoon Drive, our new daily podcast featuring all the latest Steelers news.
Alan Saunders and Zachary Smith are back to discuss the latest surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pat Freiermuth returned to practice in a limited capacity and appears on track to return against the Cleveland Browns. Meanwhile, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Cam Heyward, Diontae Johnson, Monty Adams and Keanu Neal all didn’t practice. Patrick Peterson and Isaac Seumalo were given vet days off. Over in Ohio, Browns’ QB Deshaun Watson was ruled out for the remainder of the season due to need surgery on his throwing shoulder. Dorian Thompson-Robinson was announced as the starter for their upcoming game. Kenny Pickett not targeting the middle of the field has been a hot topic for some time now, but is it really a Kenny thing or an NFL thing? Let’s go for another Steelers Afternoon Drive and discuss!
