Welcome to the Steelers Afternoon Drive, our new daily podcast featuring all the latest Steelers news.
Alan Saunders and Zachary Smith are back to discuss the latest surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was coordinators day as both Eddie Faulkner and Teryl Austin spoke to the media about what went wrong against the Arizona Cardinals and moving on quickly to get ready for the New England Patriots on a short week. Eddie Faulkner and Najee Harris both talked about the team’s redzone failures both on Sunday and over the course of the season. They talked about taking accountability and needing to just go out and perform. Eddie also talked about going from Kenny Picket to Mitch Trubisky and what if anything changes. Teryl Austin discussed how TJ Watt is handled by opposition and officiating and the challenges that presents. He also touched on the team not being able to feel sorry for themselves and needing to move on after suffering injuries to all of Cole Holcomb, Kwon Alexander and Elandon Roberts to varying degrees. Let’s go for another Steelers Afternoon Drive and discuss!
