25 • Artie Burns, fourth-year cornerback

Last year: Lost his starting job at right corner, starting just six games after starting all 16 in 2017.

Stats: Defended one pass, had 22 tackles, one for a loss and forced a fumble. Also recorded the Steelers’ only safety.

Accolades, Highlights:

Camp outlook: If the Steelers have any thoughts of having Burns as part of their future plans, they may try to work him into some sub packages, but so far, that’s mostly been the domain of Mike Hilton and Cameron Sutton.

Projected role: With the Steelers declining Burns’ fifth-year option for 2020, he’s likely playing out his final year in Pittsburgh as a backup to Joe Haden and Steven Nelson.
