The Pittsburgh Steelers officially announced the hiring of quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan, assistant offensive line coach Chris Morgan and Matt Tomsho as an offensive quality control coach.
Sullivan will replace Matt Canada, who was promoted from quarterbacks coach to offensive coordinator earlier this offseason. The 54-year-old Sullivan has spent 17 seasons as an NFL coach and was offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Denver Broncos from 2012-13 and 2016-17.
Morgan will replace Adrian Klemm, who was promoted to assistant offensive line coach earlier this offseason. He was the offensive line coach of the Atlanta Falcons from 2015-20.
Tomsho has worked extensively with Canada, first as an undergrad at NC State, and then joining Canada at Pitt, LSU and Maryland. He spent the last two seasons as the wide receivers coach and pass game coordinator at Division III Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
The Steelers did not have an offensive quality control coach under previous offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner.
