STEELERS TRANSACTIONS
The Steelers placed rookie defensive lineman Logan Lee on the injured reserve list this week, and elevated wide receiver Ben Skowronek from the practice squad for Sunday’s game. They will have 53 players available to them on Sunday, with two ruled out for injury.

THE OTHER SIDE
Slot cornerback Antonio Hamilton is out with a groin injury. Tight end Kyle Pitts, who was limited with a hamstring injury throughout the week, will play.
Running back Craig Reynolds also left Wednesday’s practice with a leg injury, but it’s not considered to be serious.
THE LAST TIME
The Steelers won 19-16 in Atlanta on Dec. 4, 2022. Connor Heyward caught the Steelers only touchdown on a second-quarter pass from Kenny Pickett, while backup kicker Matthew Wright hit four field goals. Minkah Fitzpatrick secured the win with an interception on the final Atlanta drive. Najee Harris rushed 17 times for 86 yards. Pat Freiermuth had three catches for 76 yards.
Current Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, running back Cordarrelle Patterson and tight end MyCole Pruitt all played in the game for Atlanta. Pruitt caught a touchdown pass from Marcus Mariota in the third quarter.
STEELERS-FALCONS SERIES
The Steelers are 15-2-1 all-time against the Falcons in the regular season and are 8-2 against the Falcons in games played in Atlanta.
Pittsburgh won the only regular season game between the teams at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Steelers were 3-1 at the neighboring Georgia Dome and 4-1 at Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium.
The games between the teams have mostly been tight in recent memory. The Steelers won by three points in 2022, got a blowout victory in 2018, but won by seven in 2014, by six in overtime in 2010, lost by three in overtime in 2006, and the teams tied 34-34 in 2002.
PITTSBURGH CONNECTIONS
Wide receiver and kick returner Ray-Ray McCloud played two seasons with the Steelers from 2020-21, recording 2,522 all-purpose yards. He led the NFL in punt return yards in 2021.
Outside linebacker Arnold Ebiketie is a Penn State alum. Practice squad quarterback Nathan Peterman went to Pitt.
Falcons head coach Raheem Morris coached alongside Mike Tomlin with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2002-05.
Falcons wide receivers coach Ike Hilliard held that position with the Steelers from 2020-21. Falcons senior defensive assistant Dave Huxtable was the defensive coordinator at Pitt in 2012.
