PITTSBURGH – Steelers rookie center Kendrick Green left Pittsburgh’s game against Cincinnati with a right knee injury. He went down with just over four minutes left in the game.

Green immediately was escorted to the tent on the sidelines for a further evaluation. His return is listed as questionable. His exit compounds the Steelers issues on the offensive line. Right tackle Chukwuma Okorafor was already ruled out for the remainder of the day with a possible cohesion.

The 22-year-old rookie, who was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Illinois, was immediately thrown into the important role of replacing he recently retired All-Pro center Maurkice Pouncey.
