Steelers Can Move into First Place in AFC North with Win on Sunday

Thanks to the Baltimore Ravens’ loss on Thursday night against the Miami Dolphins, the Pittsburgh Steelers can move into first place in the AFC North with a win this Sunday.

The Ravens fell to 6-3 with 22-10 loss to the Dolphins. The 5-3 Steelers would move into a first-place tie with Baltimore with a win over the Lions this Sunday.

The teams have yet to play this season, and the Steelers currently hold the second tiebreaker over Baltimore, thanks to a better divisional record.

Of course, a loss could move the Steelers all the way into last place. Cincinnati and Cleveland are tied at 5-4 right behind Pittsburgh. The Browns visit the Patriots on Sunday while the Bengals are off.

A Steelers loss and Cleveland win would tie Pittsburgh and Cincinnati at 5-4, with the Bengals holding the head-to-head tiebreaker.

The AFC North is one of two division in the NFL, along with the AFC West, that currently has all four teams above .500.
