Steelers cornerback Joe Haden left the team’s game against Washington on Monday with a possible concussion in the fourth quarter. He is listed as questionable to return.

Haden stayed down on the field after tackling Washington running back Peyton Barber, before leaving with assistance from the training staff and teammate Marcus Allen.

He was then taken to the medical tent on the Pittsburgh sideline, where he was examined for several minutes. The team announced that Haden is questionable to return.

Second-year cornerback Justin Layne replaced Haden on the field. The Steelers were already playing without fellow starter Steven Nelson. Slot corner Cam Sutton moved outside to replace Nelson.
