Steelers Daily Links: Damar Hamlin Set for Pgh Return, Flores Borrows Tomlinism
? On Saturday night, McKees Rocks native and Pitt product Damar Hamlin played in his first NFL game since suffering from cardiac arrest on January 2. Hamlin will return to Pittsburgh this Saturday when the Steelers host the Buffalo Bills at Acrisure Stadium.
“I’m going to see my entire family. I’m going to see my entire city,” Hamlin said. “I think it’ll probably be electric down there. I can’t wait. Just like there’s so much love in Buffalo, it’s the same love in Pittsburgh. That’s why I can really claim Buffalo like home because since I’ve got here there’s been so much love. It’s like I got adapted into another environment. The cities have so many similarities just as far as like cultural, and just how everyone’s like a big family and so much support around sports and around life. So going home will just be like returning back into this stadium.”

Vrabel became a starter and won three Super Bowls with New England over a four-year span. In eight years with the Patriots, Vrabel recorded 48 sacks, 55 tackles for loss, 33 quarterback hits, 13 forced fumbles, 34 passes defended and 11 interceptions.
Also, Happy Birthday to Steelers inside linebacker Mark Robinson, born on August 14, 1999 in Leesburg, Georgia.
