Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett has 12 passing touchdowns in 548 attempts in his career. According to Ryan Scarpino, the fewest touchdown passes in league history by a quarterback with at least 500 pass attempts is 11. DeShone Kizer and Turk Schonert share this. The second-fewest is 12, shared by six players: Doug Pederson, Brady Quinn, Josh Rosen, Chris Simms, Tom Tupa and Pickett.

🏈 Thursday marked the 15th anniversary of when Hines Ward threw a devastating block on Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Keith Rivers, which resulted in broken jaw for Rivers. 🎂 Former Steelers running back Joe Geri was born on this date, Oct. 20, 1924, in Phoenixville, Pa. Geri was a fourth-round pick in 1949 out of Georgia and played three seasons with the Steelers from 1949 to 1951. He was Rookie of the Year in 1949, made it to the Pro Bowl twice and was an All-Pro in 1950, when he led the league in rushing attempts. Geri also punted and passed for the Steelers. He finished his career with the Chicago Cardinals in 1952 and coached at Chattanooga after his playing days.
