🏈 Pat McAfee gave away or donated approximately $3 million total at Big Night AHT. Former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Pirates star pitcher Paul Skenes and Pittsburgh Penguins legends Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin and Kris Letang appeared on stage to wrap up the event.
Both Roethlisberger and Crosby threw a football through a ring that contributed a combined $2 million ($1 million each), while Skenes missed his throw. A Philadelphia Eagles fan in the crowd won the $2 million.
🏈 Despite being 43, Ben Roethlisberger showed that he can still sling a football.
🏈 Ben Roethlisberger also took a shot at the Cleveland Browns at Big Night AHT: “I know I pretty much own that city.”
🏈 Steelers wide receiver George Pickens was recently training with James Everett, also known as the “Route God,” in Florida.
🏈 Shedeur Sanders was spotted at Pittsburgh International Airport on Wednesday. Sanders is in town for his pre-draft with the Steelers on Thursday.
🏈 Steelers nose tackle Keeanu Benton recorded a 75.7 Pro Football Focus pass rush grade in 2024 – ranking 17th out of 219 qualifying interior defensive linemen.

🏈 Former Steelers running back Merril Hoge will co-host the Mel Blount Youth Home All-Star Celebrity Roast with Terry Bradshaw on April 11, 2025. The event will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Steelers’ Super Bowl IX team and support the Mel Blount Youth Leadership Initiative.
