? The Pittsburgh Steelers have failed to score at least 19 points in the past five games. It’s the longest such streak since they went six games in a row in 1969 without scoring at least 19 points. That was Chuck Noll’s first season.

? The Steelers haven’t had a losing record at home since 1999. In fact, it was their only losing record at home since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger, according to Ryan Scarpino. The Steelers are 4-4 at home heading into Saturday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

? The last time the Steelers finished last in their division was in 1988. If the Steelers lose to the Bengals on Sunday, the chances of that streak being snapped are very likely. The Steelers also have not finished behind the Cleveland Browns in the standings since 1989. Pittsburgh is two games back from Cleveland with three games left to play.

Mostert and McCaffrey are tied with the New England Patriots in touchdowns this season. They both have more touchdowns than the New York Giants (18), Carolina Panthers (16) and New York Jets (13).

? Mike Tomlin has lost three games to rookie head coaches by 14+ points this year — DeMeco Ryans (HOU) L 30-6, Jonathan Gannon (ARI) L 24-10, and Shane Steichen (IND) L 30-13.  Tomlin has won 1 of his last 56 games by 14+ points.

? Happy Birthday to Steelers safety Trenton Thompson, born on December 18, 1997 in Palm Springs, California. Thompson signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent out of San Diego State in 2022. He played one season with the Giants before signing with the Steelers in early August of this year. Thompson got his first career interception against the Bengals on November 26, 2023. The interception was a crucial play in the Steelers’ 16-10 victory over Cincinnati .

? Here’s the All-22 view of George Pickens quitting on his block against the Colts.
