? Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Van Jefferson scored a touchdown in Sunday night’s win over the New York Jets. And it just so happened to come against his dad’s team. Jefferson’s dad, Shawn, is the Jets wide receivers coach.

Jefferson and his dad will be featured on the next “The Standard” episode on Steelers.com.

? Steelers running back Najee Harris has forced the second-most missed tackles (35) this season, according to Pro Football Focus. Former Steelers running back and current Arizona Cardinal James Conner leads the league with 47 forced missed tackles.

? The Giants have a 12.6% sack rate on defense so far this season. That’s the highest sack rate since 2001 for any team through seven games, according to ESPN’s Bill Barnwell.

? Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is 1-14 in primetime games. He’s 0-7 on Monday Night Football. Russell Wilson has 33 wins in primetime, the seventh-most in NFL history.

? Bill Belichick called T.J. Watt a game-wrecker.

“For all the talk about Watt’s pass rush, which, there’s a lot to talk about, his instincts and his ball awareness are amazing. I mean this guy’s a game-wrecker. I know Coach Daboll is saying this week, ‘Do not let No. 90 ruin the game,'” Belichick said on The Breakdown with Peyton and Belichick.

? Russell Wilson ranks first on passes of 20+ air yards since 2016 among all QBs on completions (230), passing yards (8,376), passing touchdowns (60) and total pass EPA (347.7).

? Ryan Clark believes the Steelers will win a playoff game this year.

“I absolutely believe it. Now I also believe they can win a playoff game with Justin Fields as their starting quarterback. But the one thing I loved from what I saw Russell Wilson and Arthur Smith was the willingness to push the ball down the field,” Clark said on ESPN’s Get Up. “Actually dialing up the bunch routes, and the stack routes, and the picks that presented one-on-ones for George Pickens and people like Pat Freiermuth down the football field, and then Russell Wilson delivering.”

? The Steelers had scouts at the Ohio State-Nebraska game on Saturday.

? Russell Wilson posted a hype-up video for Monday night’s game against the Giants.

? Steelers rookie CB Beanie Bishop Jr. joined The Insiders on NFL Network
to break down his breakout performance against the New York Jets, his plans for his interception footballs, and what’s next.
