? During an appearance on WDVE Wednesday morning, Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said it was “a little early on the west side right now, so probably not” when asked if he received any interesting calls, hinting at the Brandon Aiyuk trade situation.
Tomlin was also asked during his Wednesday morning press conference whether the team was actively working to add another receiver.
“I’ll let you guys speculate on that,” Tomlin said with a big grin.

? Warren Sharp of Sharp Football is worried about the Steelers in close games this year. According to Sharp, Russell Wilson ranks 30th in success rate over the last two years among 32 quarterbacks who have thrown at least 250 passes in the second half. Justin Fields ranks 32nd. Both QBs take far too many sacks, as well.
The Steelers went 9-2 in one-score games last year, which was the best in the NFL. The Steelers also are 34-11 in one-score games since 2020, by far the best rate in the NFL.
