? After a tumultuous two-year tenure with the Denver Broncos, quarterback Russell Wilson feels revived in Pittsburgh.

“Man, I feel the fountain of youth,” Wilson said Tuesday at mandatory minicamp, via Brooke Pryor of ESPN. “I feel revived in every way, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. I feel confident. I think at some point you have to know who you are as a player, as a man, as a competitor. As somebody who’s been fortunate to be able to play this game, I don’t doubt it. I trust it. I felt really good last year playing. I felt really confident in the midst of everything. And so I think right now I have all that confidence times 10.”

? Russell Wilson wrote on X that he’s grateful to be a Steeler.

? In the mid-90’s, a portion of Three Rivers Stadium was being painted blue and silver… until Myron Cope lost his mind over Dallas Cowboys colors defacing the Steelers home.

? Former Steelers wide receiver Ryan Switzer was at the Steelers minicamp practice on Tuesday. Switzer is currently the wide receivers coach at Tulsa.

Appreciate you having me back to learn and grow as a coach @CoachTomlin
! Nobody does it better,” Switzer wrote on X.

? Colin Cowherd of FS1 is skeptical about Mike Tomlin’s three-year contract extension.

“Mike Tomlin is what you call in the NFL a ‘Made Man,’” Cowherd said. “He’s a Made Man. Production can dip, third in the division, miss the playoffs – he’s okay. If you question Tomlin at any point, the old heads come roaring down the hill to criticize you for a variety of reasons. This is a sport that has fired Andy Reid who got to five NFC Championships – often with mostly average quarterbacks. And a sport that just bailed on Bill Belichick who couldn’t get another job with all those rings.

“Mike Tomlin’s last three playoff wins: 2016, he beat Matt Moore and the Dolphins. That year he also beat Alex Smith, but they had no touchdowns [they scored] six field goals. The year before they beat Cincinnati and A.J. McCarron. Last seven years? No playoff wins, four of them with Big Ben. None. Zero. But if you say anything other than ‘that’s a Hall of Famer,’ wow do you get pushback.”
