🏈 Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson posted his workout on X. Wilson captioned the post, “Love the Work. The Best Is Ahead.” Wilson was throwing routes on air, but his arm looked pretty lively.

🏈 Renowned quarterback trainer Quincy Avery said Wilson changed his mechanics, which is a positive.

“Much (more) rotational than before. He used to be very linear (and) would see his front leg lock out. I’m impressed his trainer was able to convey the value of the changes late in his career,” Avery wrote on X.
