The Pittsburgh Steelers have a certain way of going about their business, and it’s a method that the team’s fanbase usually gets behind. After all, it’s worked, and they are one of the NFL’s most successful franchises.

But the deal to change the name of the Steelers’ North Shore home from Heinz Field to Acrisure Stadium has been surprisingly unpopular with the Steelers’ fanbase. More than 86% of over 800 respondents to a poll yesterday gave a negative response to the change.

It will be interesting to see how the team reacts to the rare negative press.
