Steelers defensive end and team leader Cam Heyward was very vocal about several topics when speaking to the media, including Steelers Now, during OTAs.
Heyward explained how the pandemic actually helped to improve the communication between the players and how he learned how to set up a work out on his own for first time in his career. He also emphatically defended his teammate when asked about the criticism of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
