Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin jumped to second on the franchise’s all-time wins list Monday night, and received a congratulatory message from the man he passed.

“So proud of you my friend,” former Steelers head coach Bill Cowher tweeted Tuesday. “Don’t stop now, Chuck can hear you coming.”

Tomlin needs just 44 wins to pass Chuck Noll as the winningest head coach in Steelers history, which is doable considering he is only 49 years old.

Tomlin also became the fourth-fastest head coach in NFL history to reach 150 career victories in the process.

“I’m just appreciative of the standards that have been set by those that have come before me,” Tomlin said postgame. “All of us here are. That standard, it’s inspirational for us. It inspires us, it challenges us. I’m just thankful to be a part of this thing that is the Pittsburgh Steelers, and I work to do my job to uphold the standard.”
