GREEN BAY, Wisc, — The Pittsburgh Steelers had a big play overturned against the Green Bay Packers on a questionable penalty call.

On what would have been the last scrimmage play of the first half, Steelers defensive backs Minkah Fitzpatrick and Joe Haden broke through the right side of the Green Bay front on a Mason Crosby field goal attempt.

They blocked the kick, and Fitzpatrick recovered it and returned it for a Steelers touchdown. But the play was called back, with Haden flagged as offsides. Haden insisted that he was on-side.

Crosby made the kick with a second chance, giving Green Bay a seven-point halftime lead and a 10-point swing in the game.
