LATROBE, PA. — The Pittsburgh Steelers practiced in front of a record crowd at Latrobe Memorial Stadium on Friday night, in their first Friday Night Lights practice since 2019 after two years of COVID-19 related cancellations and a rain out in 2022.

The fans were hyped and so were the Steelers, as the Black and Gold put on a crisp, two-hour performance that was punctuated by a fireworks display.

Now photographer Ed Thompson took in the views from the sideline and got plenty of shots of the Steelers working out under the setting Western Pennsylvania sun, players signing autographs for the crowd, and the ferocious impacts of what is annually one of the most physical practices of Steelers training camp.
