The Pittsburgh Steelers’ depleted defensive line sounds like it is getting some much needed reinforcements for Monday night’s clash with the Cleveland Browns.

Defensive tackle Chris Wormley joined Yinzer Crazy Show this week, and provided an update on his timetable to return to the lineup.

“I feel like I’m on track to play Monday night,” Wormley said. “Especially given that extra day of recovery for this week to play on Monday. Been going through a lot of rehab stuff, running on the field. And no setbacks so far. So as long as I can continue to improve and continue to stay on track, I see no reason why I can’t play on Monday.”

Wormley is recovering from a groin injury that forced him to miss last week’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

He has recorded a career-high six sacks and five tackles-for-loss this season. Wormley also has two passes defended and a forced fumble.
