PITTSBURGH — The Steelers are playing without both of their starting guards, as right guard Trai Turner has joining left guard Kevin Dotson on the sideline of the team’s game against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
Turner suffered an ankle injury in the second half and is questionable to return, the team announced.
Dotson injured his right ankle injury and was taken from the field on a cart. He will not return.
J.C. Hassenauer replaced Doton at left guard. Tackle Joe Haeg slid into Turner’s spot at right tackle. Usual backup guard B.J. Finney is not dressed for the game, with Zach Banner serving as the team’s final active offensive lineman.
