Steelers Injury Updates: JuJu Smith-Schuster Transported to Hospital for Treatment

PITTSBURGH — Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster was taken to a local hosptial for treatment of the right shoulder injury that forced him from the team’s game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, head coach Mike Tomlin announced.

Smith-Schuster left after being tackled on a jet sweep late in the first half. He was initially listed as questionable to return, but later downgraded to out.

Tomlin had no further update other than he had been transported to the hospital.
