The Steelers expect starting safety Terrell Edmunds to return against the Baltimore Ravens, Mike Tomlin announced on Tuesday.

“I’m assuming that TE (Terrell Edmunds) is gonna push towards availability,” Tomlin said. “I just didn’t want to be presumptuous, we’ll let his availability and participation and the quality of it be our guide. But I fully expect him to be available to us.”

Meanwhile, Myles Jack is still dealing with his groin injury. It popped up before the Panthers game, and Jack has been hampered since. With his injury limiting him, Robert Spillane has stepped into his role and taken more snaps over the last few weeks. If Jack can not play, Mark Robinson could see more snaps.

Tre Norwood injured his hamstring during the game against the Las Vegas Raiders. He did not return to the game after he was helped off by trainers while not putting weight on his leg. His status for the game against the Ravens is highly questionable, and Elijah Riley will see more time if Norwood is out for an extended period of time.

Meanwhile, Marcus Allen underwent biceps surgery that will sideline him for the rest of the season. He is on the mend, but it will be a longer road to recovery for him. Robinson will see special teams snaps with the injury to Allen.
