Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Bud Dupree is sharing an update on his recovery from a torn ACL.

Posting to his Instagram story on Thursday, Dupree shared a video oh himself walking with his right knee in a brace. Having torn his ACL just over a month ago, Dupree appears to be making significant progress.

Dupree suffered the torn ACL in the fourth quarter of the Steelers’ Week 12 win over the Baltimore Ravens.

He had been having another outstanding season for Pittsburgh, recording eight sacks, eight tackles-for-loss, 15 quarterback hits and two forced fumbles over eleven games played.

Selected in the first round out of Kentucky in the 2015 NFL Draft, Dupree had been playing under the franchise tag in 2020, and is set to become a free agent this offseason.
