PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Steelers left guard Kevin Dotson and outside linebacker Malik Reed are both active for the team’s Week 10 game against the New Orleans Saints at Acrisure Stadium

Dotson suffered an abdominal injury in practice on Friday, while Reed had been away from the team for personal reasons this week. Both players were officially listed as questionable.

Cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon was ruled out with a hamstring injury and free safety. Minkah Fitzpatrick will miss the game after undergoing an appendectomy on Saturday.

Levi Wallace and Cam Sutton are expected to start at outside cornerback in place of Witherspoon and William Jackson III, who is on the injured reserve list. Damontae Kazee will make his Steelers debut in his return from the IR and start at free safety in place of Fitzpatrick.

The Steelers scratched four healthy players: backup center Kendrick Green, inside linebacker Mark Robinson, quarterback Mason Rudolph, and safety Elijah Riley, who was elevated from the practice squad for the game.

The Saints ruled out linebacker Pete Werner, running back Mark Ingram II, cornerback Marshon Lattimore and guard Andrus Peat with injuries. Safety Marcus Maye, who was questionable with an abdominal injury, and defensive end Marcus Davenport (calf), are also out.

The Saints scratched wide receiver Marquez Callaway and tight end J.P. Holtz, a Shaler and Pitt alum.
