Daily Links: Bama OLB Anderson Mocked to Steelers; ‘Mean Joe’ Fetterman?
The Pittsburgh Steelers looked to shore up their outside linebacker position in a mock 2023 NFL Draft, while John Fetterman reference a moment in history in a campaign commercial.
? A recent mock draft by Pro Football Focus has the Steelers landing Alabama edge rusher Will Anderson Jr. with the fourth overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-4., 243-pound Anderson would look good rushing the passer in almost any defense, but it’s hard to see exactly where the Steelers would use him along with T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith.
Other options for the pick were Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carer and Northwestern offensive tackle Peter Skoronski. Three quarterbacks went off the board ahead of the Steelers pick: Alabama’s Bryce Young, Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud and Kentucky’s Will Levis.
